This blog is for every woman who has ever struggled with her weight and self image. I do not believe in the one size fits all diet. I believe in achieving a healthy lifestyle and in the process, building your self confidence. I don’t think you have to cut out everything you like to eat either. 

If you want chocolate, EAT IT! If you wanna go to the bar with your friends, you have more options than a Michelob Ultra, or diet and soda. We have options. I plan to share with you what I learned on my weight loss journey. I am not skinny my any means. I am a size 9/10 and my height is 5’5. I have been doing this lifestyle change for almost two months now hard core and have lost two inches from my waist and two and a half inches from my hits. I have gained upper body strength and starting to get a nice coke bottle shape. Slowly, I am starting to find myself to be attractive.

I have struggled with my weight from age 10. I developed serious low self-esteem and unhealthy relationship with food. I came to the conclusion that I don’t want to live like that anymore, and during my end years of college, changed my mindset and got ride of the negativity in my life. Now I am pursuing a healthier me.

I plan to share all the food, drink, and exercise advice I have learned and invented myself. It’s working for me. I also want to hear from other woman who are going through the same journey and see what you have learned as well.
